2. Delivery Policy

• All digital products, including Netflix, Canva Pro, and RDP, are processed and delivered manually.

• Please allow 10 minutes to 12 hours for your order to be completed after payment verification.

• Delivery details will be sent directly to your Support Ticket or via our official WhatsApp support.

3. Payments & Deposits

• Manual deposits via JazzCash or Easypaisa may take up to 2 hours for manual approval by our team.

• All funds deposited into the Twistlo Digital Store panel are non-refundable and must be used for purchasing services.

4. Refund & Replacement

• Due to the nature of digital goods, no refunds are issued once the account or tool has been delivered.

• If you face any issues within the warranty period, we provide a full replacement as per the service description.

5. Usage Rules

• Users are strictly prohibited from changing the password, email, or any billing settings on shared accounts.

• Violation of these rules will result in an immediate termination of service without a refund.
